NH Prime Property Management was started by people who own rental property in this valley — not by a national brand running a call center in another time zone. Since 2023 we've grown to manage roughly 240 homes across Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek and the wider Phoenix metro.
$125 Per Month, Flat
Full-Service Management, Billed Only While Occupied
Not a percentage. The same number whether your rent is $1,700 or $3,400, and nothing during a vacancy. The only other charge is a $500 leasing fee when we place a tenant. That is the entire fee schedule.

Annual savings versus a 10% management fee. Percentage-based management in the East Valley commonly runs 8–10% of collected rent, which means your management cost rises every time your rent does — including the increase you earned. Leasing fees are usually priced the same way, at half to a full month's rent. Ours is $500 regardless of what the property rents for.
